Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat Partially Reopening

As some of you already know, following the recommendations from the White House, CDC, and the State of Arizona, Sedona Mago Center for Wellbeing and Retreat made the decision in March to temporarily close the Center for two months. We will continue to monitor the pandemic situation as it evolves and are hoping to be open again on May 18th.

We are carefully considering the social and economic conditions of the world into which we will all eventually re-emerge and how that will impact our Center. While much of this remains largely unknown, we will continue to keep you informed as we learn more about how this pandemic will resolve itself.

It is through the generous support of our major donors, our ongoing monthly donors, and new donors, that we are able to navigate Sedona Mago Center for Wellbeing and Retreat through these unknown times and beyond. We have drastically cut our expenses in an effort to navigate the rough times and are placing our focus towards sharing our love with the world through online programs.

We have launched our “Because We Care” campaign to provide online videos and Livestream lectures of mindfulness and healing programs and training to cope with the challenging times we are living in. We hope you will share these online programs with your family and friends as well to give them hope and healing. Everyone is invited.  Please click the link below to our “Because We Care” campaign on our website to receive our gift of love and hope:

In the meantime, please visit our website, Because We Care page, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube to get up to date information and training for your wellbeing to stay healthy physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Although we cannot at this time gather in person right now, we feel your love and support and we look forward to the time when we can welcome you back to the beautiful land of Mago.

With love from Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat,

Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat Temporary Closing

Dear Valued Guests,

Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat has been monitoring the news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) carefully.  As you now know from the news, The World Health Organization has announced a global pandemic and Arizona has issued a state of emergency. We have paused and reflected on how we want to handle this situation mindfully.

We have taken many precautions and are grateful that we have not identified the virus at Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat up to this point. In order to continue to fulfill our commitment to providing a safe and healthy spiritual environment for our guests and employees, Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat will be temporarily closing its doors from April 1-May 17 (six week period) and reopening them on May 18, 2020.   We will inform you if we are able to open earlier according to the situation.  This was a difficult decision to make in these unpredictable times and yet it was made as we prioritize our guests, staff and community.  Your well-being is of the utmost importance to us.

We are still here to support your physical, emotional, and mental health.  Our meditation practices and teachings are now needed more than ever. Even though Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat is closed, we decided to provide you support by holding free online live Mago Mindfulness Classes, which include energy yoga, qigong, meditation, and breathing starting April 1 for at least one month. These exercises will help you to boost your immunity and to promote inner peace.  Feel free to invite your friends and family! Please contact us at [email protected] for more information and for receiving the access number. We will be available by phone (9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday).

You can also tune into our social platforms for reminders of health and well-being on FacebookInstagram and Youtube for receiving Mago’s love.  We can’t wait for the day when this is all behind us and we can welcome you back to Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat. We will continue to adjust as the situation warrants and will provide additional memos as needed. Thank you for your loyalty and understanding.

Sincerely,
