Mindfulness Classes are part of a mindful-based healing community designed for you to learn and practice mindful exercises, meditation, breathing, mind-body connection, and spiritual wisdom.
Our ancient healing methods, delivered in weekly classes, are designed to help improve your health, boost your happiness, and restore your peace. By taking Live Mindfulness Classes, you will be able to make significant lifestyle changes. We invite all practitioners–whether you’re a beginner or experienced–to participate.

Our Finding True Self retreat is an experiential program that offers personal development for anyone needing time to decompress, declutter, and detach from an über-busy lifestyle.
