If you are feeling stressed and stuck in a fierce cycle of worry and anxiety, then your energy is stuck. Practicing Reiki helps you to not only move this energy but also helps you gain control over your own energy – physically, emotionally and spiritually. Feel more grounded, centered and at peace with Reiki.
In this Level 1 course you will learn all the tools you need to perform Reiki on yourself, another person or a beloved pet.
You will also receive an attunement from Jennifer, which will open all your energy channels – including chakras – in your body to allow you to bring in the energy. All participants will receive a Reiki 1 certificate.
When: Fridays, 9:00am – 10:30am (MST/AZ)
Duration: 6 weeks | 1.5 hours/week

In order to practice Reiki, one must first understand the philosophy and principles.Note: Prior to your first meeting online, you will have the opportunity to schedule a 20 minute Distance Healing Session with Jennifer.
