Schedule

Create correct balance and alignment of your muscles and bone structure.  Recover your sense of balance by opening all the joints through proper motion. By loosening up the joints and opening the meridians, your body will be ready for the natural accumulation of energy.

Experience the fundamental level of martial arts by:

  • Solidifying your physical foundation.
  • Attain a sense of dynamic balance
  • Establish a good pattern of abdominal breathing

As you strengthen your lower body, this level allows you to deeply experience a solid lower body and relaxed upper body the principle of Water Up, Fire Down.

Proper Walking Form (Jeong-bo-gong)
Jung-bo-gong is a form of walking that circulates energy throughout your body keeping your hips balanced and your Dahnjon at your center.

Standing Meditation
Become like nothing (Mu) through a standing posture.

Chukkigong
A standing meditation posture to accumulate energy.

All the movements and positions are aligned with the meridian system of your body and strongly connected with the energy center in your lower abdomen.
