What to Expect
The movements practiced in Tao Qigong for Joints and Strength are designed to correctly realign the “T” structure of your body.
If your shoulders and hips are evenly horizontal and your spine is perfectly vertical, your internal organs will find their proper positions. This will improve your blood and energy circulation, naturally stimulating your body’s immune system and promoting natural healing.
Furthermore, the leg muscles will be fully activated leading to increased strength and improved balance, both physically and energetically.
Tuesdays, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm AZ
Duration: 6 weeks | 1 hour/week
