Prior to the program start, you will receive pre-program guidance during a personal consultation to prepare you for the workshop. Upon your arrival, you’ll receive an overview of the program, guidelines, and the structure for each day.
You will be introduced to the ancient energy practices and how they relate to improving your relationships. You will put it into practice and be guided how to sensitize the body to energy and how to enhance your inner power to be self-observant. Then through emotional healing work, we’ll go further within to uncover hidden, limiting beliefs, observe personal character and habits to identify the root of emotional pain and heal yourself. In the evening, we will finalize the day with sound healing for getting in touch with your true self to help heal your inner child and develop self-love.
You will understand how emotions are related to your body, mind and energy system. Immersing yourself in nature, you explore the art of letting go of the emotions that linger in your body and mind, which creates space to be able to shift your consciousness for better relationships. Through emotional healing work, you experience how to stay open and be authentic as you communicate with others. In the evening you will discover how to brighten your consciousness through brain meditation. Setting new intentions and putting them into words on your own personal wish lantern, you will set it afloat on our Healing Lake under the powerful light of the Full Moon.
During the early morning Sun Meditation you can connect to your new identity and envision the future, followed by group sharing and guidance on where to go from here. We will finalize with how to successfully transform your life to a life of authenticity, health, joy, and peace.

For over a decade, Han Myung has offered energy training, teaching meditation, and using her expertise to help people heal. She began studying the Tao principles and using the healing methods on herself after an ice-skating injury left her with a severely herniated disk. During this time, her body healed and her soul awakened, allowing Han Myung to see the truth that everyone has the seed of soul and divinity within. She began to dedicate her life to sharing this wisdom, and today, her deepest wish is to help that seed come alive and sprout in all of her students, and in everyone she meets.
