The Finding True Self retreat was a great experience. I came in not sure what to expect and a little resistant. The exercises and games were all interactive and I felt comfortable participating. Retreat Schedule

An evening orientation provides an overview of the program.

Day 2

Morning
We begin with early sunrise exercises to connect with your body and the energy in nature; learn the art of body tapping, then discuss the following: What is the purpose of intuitive reading? What is your intuition? What is wisdom? And, what is the one secret to unveiling your natural intuitive abilities?

Afternoon
After lunch, we focus on tapping into our energy and learning to become sensitive to it. You’ll learn how to connect with nature to ground your body, better connect with a client using nature’s energy, protect your energy when working with clients, and deliver more accurate readings.

Evening
Now, we’ll focus on putting what you’ve learned into practice with multiple five-minute readings. You’ll get feedback, guidance, and validation.

Morning
On day three, we’ll review emotional healing, its impact on intuition, and how to awaken your Pineal Gland fully.

Afternoon
You’ll learn to identify common intuitive reading misnomers, how to read auras, uncover your psychic strengths, and unveil the magic of color to deepen your ability to read.

Evening
Now, we focus on putting what you’ve learned into practice with multiple five-minute readings. You’ll get more feedback, guidance, and validation.

We’ll focus on heart-opening outdoor exercises done in the morning for reflection and emotional release, chakra clearing to let go of the past and tap into self-love for total confidence, and meditations to intentionally create the future by answering the questions: “Who Am I?” “What do I really want?” “What is the purpose of my life?” In this training, you will learn how to increase your awareness and be fully present. Let go of old memories and feel the positive effects of a balanced body, an open heart, and reaching a higher level of consciousness.

Day 4

Morning
On day four, we dive deeper into you, as a healer and reader, to uncover any fear caused by emotional trauma; participate in exercises that open your senses and practice your manifestation and intuitive reading skills.

Afternoon
You’ll learn to identify and listen to your guides, dousing, read using Tarot cards, and interpret psychic messages and symbols.

Evening
For the remainder of the evening, you’ll focus on putting what you’ve learned into practice with longer readings.

Day 5

Morning
We spend the morning practicing all you’ve learned over the last four days.

We start the day with a morning sun meditation for envisioning the future. Next, we move to vision planning before wrapping up the retreat program.
