I experienced childhood trauma in the form of verbal and psychological abuse which I’ve adapted to by blocking or creating a shield around me. This has led me to challenges in my adulthood with relationships. I developed an avoidant attachment style. Through this program, I have noticed:

  • Acceptance of the past. This happened for a reason – So I can help others too. 

  • Release from the shame caused by habits and patterns I developed due to blockages. 

  • Forgiveness for those who hurt and neglected me. 

  • Love for self and even those who hurt me. I no longer feel the need to confront them and make them feel bad for what they did to me. 

  • Finally, I feel the freedom to start growing from here and discover new aspects of relationships that have been blocked from me this far.
