Growing a Mindful Community in Dallas

People from all around the world come to Sedona Mago Retreat to attend classes for healing, finding their true selves, and, of course, meditation. But recently, a Dallas couple invited Mago to their hometown in Texas, hoping to help others find greater fulfillment and deeper meaning in their lives.

After reading the “Call of Sedona” by Ilchi Lee, the couple embarked on their journey of the heart, which led them to Sedona Mago Retreat Center. They took various workshops, including the Sedona Meditation Weekend and the Full Moon Retreat. They decided to share their experiences of healing and awakening with others.

Expanding Mindfulness in Dallas

Mago’s Master Trainers presented our “Finding True Self” as well as “Tao Healing & Meditation,” workshops to the Dallas community. Also, we were asked to help assemble the “International Brain Education Leadership Summit.” Leaders from corporations, schools, and the community engaged in learning about Brain Education; a method of tapping into the limitless potential of our brains.

Today, the couple, along with several instructors, offer Mago Mindfulness classes in their community free of charge. Their goal is to help others feel healthier, happier, and more at peace.
