Finding joy or connecting to the feeling of joy gives us hope, otherwise, it will be hard to move forward.

When we are busy with our own emotions – worrying about the future, regretting the past, thinking about what others have done wrong – we are missing what this moment has to offer.

What is really important right now is detoxing our insides so that we can be empty. You cannot fill a cup that is already full. You have to empty the cup to let new energy come in. If we are open, we can find joy or something to be grateful for. If we are filled with all types of emotions, it is challenging to feel joy.
