I was not always able to do it live but never missed a day. Thanks for having the recordings available.  I speak for the entire group then I say that we succeeded thanks to Ilchibuko’s commitment and dedication. Her warmth, even though yes, she is also very tough, is what made me look forward to the daily practice. Her teachings will stay with me forever. I now feel so much lighter (a lot was released), peaceful and grateful.
