YouTube Live: Learn Self-Love Meditations Live with Ilchibuko

Are you in search of your soul mate? Are you looking for someone to fill that empty spot in your heart?

We all grow up thinking that happiness comes from outside of ourselves by accumulating, obtaining and acquiring things. We are taught that in order to feel love, we have to be loved by someone else.

Unfortunately, this is not the way to true love. No matter how much your partner loves you, no matter how many people love you, you could still be very unhappy and lonely.

Learn Self-Love

There is one place we keep forgetting to search for love – within ourselves. When you don’t feel love and joy within you, you will seek to get it from outside of you. Seeking love outside of you, will never bring you true fulfillment. That only happens when you go within and bring forth true love. Practicing self-love will bring forth the love within you.

It may sound selfish to love yourself but really think about it. One who cannot truly love oneself,  cannot love others. One who cannot truly focus on self, cannot focus on others.

If you can love yourself as you are, then you can love others as they are. If you look at self-love in this context, then loving yourself is true love because it also translates to loving others.
