Authentic Living Event –Terms & Conditions

Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your registration. By participating in the Authentic Living Event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 1. Property & Participation Acknowledgment

Participants acknowledge that the Event will be held at Sedona Mago Retreat in Sedona, Arizona, a property spanning approximately 173 acres, with lodging, dining, and event activities located in separate areas throughout the grounds.

Navigating the property may require walking distances of up to approximately one (1) mile per day over uneven terrain, including gravel roads, inclined pathways, and natural outdoor surfaces.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own ability to safely participate in the Event under these conditions and for arranging any necessary personal assistance, mobility support, or transportation.

Accessible lodging and proximity-based room assignments are limited and not guaranteed. Routine or on-demand transportation across the property is not provided unless otherwise specified for scheduled activities.

2. Reservation Eligibility Requirement

Booking on-site accommodation is limited to individuals who hold a valid Event ticket issued by MMCI. By completing a reservation, participants confirm that they have secured, or will secure, a valid Event ticket (including complimentary or promotional tickets). Accommodation consists of one shared room for six (6) nights, with all accommodation fees payable directly to the venue. MMCI reserves the right to cancel or deny accommodation reservations that are not associated with a valid Event ticket. Participants with complimentary or promotional tickets must complete ticket confirmation and maintain a corresponding accommodation reservation to remain eligible for the Event.
