What to Expect
The Sedona Tao Yoga Retreat is a restorative meditation and wellness retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and restore balance through Tao Yoga, mindful hiking, meditation, breathwork, and energy awareness practices. Surrounded by Sedona Mago’s peaceful red rock landscape, this immersive experience supports stress relief, emotional clarity, relaxation, and holistic well-being through mindful movement and time in nature.
Throughout the retreat, participants will experience a blend of Tao Yoga classes, guided meditation, healing practices, vibration exercises, and mindful outdoor experiences designed to cultivate deeper presence, energy awareness, and inner balance.

Meghan Bliss Kronenberg
Meghan is a body-based emotional self-mastery coach who helps sensitive, heart-led people regulate overwhelm, restore inner balance, and feel at peace in their own skin. With deep empathy and a gentle presence, she guides her clients to reconnect with their bodies as allies in emotional healing.
Meghan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Northeastern University in 2017. After receiving her nursing license, she felt called to pursue a more holistic, mind-body approach to healthcare—one rooted in self-awareness, energy, and emotional regulation. Known for her kind heart, flexible mind, and intuitive listening, Meghan draws on 9+ years of experience supporting others through movement, breathwork, and embodied healing practices.
