A lot of people may have this idea that we are separated from one another. We may feel like we are not one, however, in a spiritual world, we know that we are one.

Despite “knowing” that we are one, we genuinely feel separated as we go about our day-to-day lives surrounded by technology. Yes, these technologies have offered us more comfort and convenience as compared to long ago. However, even with these high levels of comfort, suicide and depression rates are rising.

Why is this happening?

This is all the result of feeling separated from one another. In actuality, however, the truth is that we are separated from ourselves. As a result, no matter how much success we may achieve, or how many people love us, we could still feel very lonely. This means we are not looking at the right place for love.

Love isn’t something that we get from somewhere or something. We are already love. We just need to spend time, focus on the present moment and feel ourselves. That is all we have to do.

It’s not something difficult. It is not something that we don’t already have and are trying to create. It is already within us.

Once we are connected to ourselves, we will genuinely love ourselves. We will also be able to see other people and feel love towards each other.

As you can see, the most important thing that we can do, more than anything in the world, is to come back inside, connect and feel the genuine love towards ourselves. With this love, we can then create the life that we desire. A life that is beneficial for ourselves and others.
