Body and Energy Alignment

Sedona Mago’s Self-Empowerment Qigong Retreat is an in-depth workshop that teaches the development and use of one’s Qi (pronounced chee), an ancient Asian word for the energetic life force that flows through your body and the universe. You will learn how to connect and control your Qi energy using active movement, deep breathing exercises, and mindful meditation.

By teaching traditional martial arts, dance, and vibrational healing, Mago’s Self-Empowerment Qigong Retreat shows you how to open stagnant chakras, enabling you to heal within and regain physical strength. With focused intention and a daily Qigong practice, you will learn to listen to your body and understand how it responds to thoughts and emotions so that your self-awareness can grow exponentially. The ultimate goal? Total self-empowerment.
