What to Expect
Sedona Mago’s Self Empowerment QiGong Retreat is an in-depth workshop that teaches the development and use of one’s Qi (pronounced chee), the Asian word for the energetic life force in the body and the universe. You will learn how to connect and control your Qi energy using active movement, deep breathing exercises, and mindful meditation.
The road to self-mastery takes you on a journey to accepting and accessing your full power. At Sedona Mago, we teach you how to do so using the principles of the Tao and the practice of Qigong.

The Mind-Body Connection
The theory of Tao Qigong has three components: First is Qi, or primal energy, referring to the basic essence from which all life exists.
Second is Nothingness, which encourages you to release all preconceived identities and limiting beliefs that are holding you back. You’ll learn how to empty your thoughts to become open to experiencing the oneness of all existence and become able to receive and embody the full energy of the universe.
The third and final principle is simply to Study. This affirms your commitment to learning the movements and principles of Tao Qigong.
