Tools to Heal: Immersion

An in-person retreat experience based on the 6-week healing framework from Planet Walking: A Handbook for the Living book, and integrated with the Tools to Heal series on Mago On-Demand with Gina Cavalier

What is it

Tools to Heal: Immersion is a transformational, non-clinical 4-day / 3-night retreat designed for those navigating burnout, grief, life transitions, suicidal ideation, or periods of disconnection—and for those who feel called to deepen their relationship with their energy, intuition, and inner guidance.

This immersive retreat brings Gina Cavalier’s teaching off the page and off the screen into a fully embodied, in-person experience. While Tools to Heal is the name of the retreat, the foundational structure is drawn from the 6-week healing framework outlined in Planet Walking: A Handbook for the Living and supported by the Tools to Heal series on Mago On-Demand.

Participants are guided through core practices—including meditation, energy awareness, healing techniques, and present-time awareness—designed to support regulation, clarity, and reconnection. The will learn their specific themes and gifts written into their life’s blueprints to reveal their true purpose. Rather than simply learning concepts, guests actively practice and integrate these tools in real time within a structured and supportive environment. This is a non-clinical program.
