Not knowing exactly what I would be experiencing, the Sedona Vortex Healing Retreat exceeded my expectations. I came in with tremendous trauma from the previous year, as well as a buildup from prior grief and trauma. This program provided me with physical, spiritual and energy exercises along with the tremendous energy of Sedona that I will carry with me as a part of my daily living . From the warmth, compassion and knowledge of the masters who compassionately lead us through the experience, I discovered Sedona and the energy it holds and everything exceeded my expectations.
