December 13, 2026 – December 16, 2026 | 4 Days / 3 Nights

Whether you already know the stillness of Sedona Mago or are arriving for the first time, this retreat invites you to experience the red rocks, qigong, and energy practices through a clear, practical framework.

Why BE?

BE means two things at once: Brain Education and Being.

Brain Education is a mind-body training system designed to strengthen awareness, flexibility, emotional balance, and purposeful action.

Being points to the deeper you beneath habits, moods, and automatic reactions – your values, purpose, and the person you are becoming.

Most retreats ask what you want to do. This retreat asks who you want to be – and gives you practical tools for working with your brain, body, and emotions as you move in that direction.

New to Brain Education? Start Here.

Brain Education is a mind-body training system that brings together the Eastern energy principles practiced at Sedona Mago with ideas drawn from modern neuroscience.

If you’ve practiced meditation, qigong, or energy work at Mago, you’ve already touched the stream Brain Education flows from. This retreat makes the underlying system explicit, structured, and teachable.

It isn’t a lecture about brain anatomy. It’s about how you use your brain — to sense it, to make it flexible, to clear it, to rewire it, and finally to master it.
