Because We Care about the well-being of our planet and all those who live upon it, the Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat offers free and moderately priced, yet powerful ONLINE instructions, videos, and live courses to help you relieve stress as well as improve your physical, mental and emotional health. Each course has been created by combining the best practices of Eastern and Western science, health and philosophy. You will learn about practical tips and techniques that can be immediately used to create a happier and healthier life, no matter what changes are happening in the World around you.

Sedona Mago is world-renowned for creating powerfully transformative “in-person” workshops and programs at our center in Sedona, Arizona. Each course will provide you with practical tools and profound experiences, so you can be free from the limiting mental and emotional patterns that you have created in the past.

CURRENT COURSES:

Energy Yoga, Meditation, Qigong, and Breathing Classes

We offer weekly Mago Mindfulness Classes (MMC), which includes energy yoga, meditation, qigong, and breathing exercises. MMCs are designed to help you de-stress, release fear and anxiety, clear your mind, and build a strong core. You will experience the opening of your meridian energy channels in your body by bringing your mind to the present moment, making restorative movements, and focusing on your breath. It will help you to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

21-Day Meditation Challenge – Shift into a Joyful Spiritual Life

When you change your habits, you change your life for the better! In this 21-day meditation challenge, you will receive daily messages from Ilchibuko, the Head Trainer at Sedona Mago, introducing you to new mindfulness principles and exercises every day. This course is designed to be taken in conjunction with Mago Mindfulness Classes (MMC).
